Campus Involvement

Along with our involvement in the local community, Pi Beta Phi members pride themselves in their involvement on Creighton’s campus. As a chapter, we spread awareness about literacy-based issues and raise funds to support Read>Lead>Achieve and the Pi Beta Phi Foundation across campus with events like Pie the Pi Phis, Lollipops for Literacy, Painting with Pi Phi, and Leaping for Literacy. These events engage Creighton community members in engaging events for a cause dear to every Pi Phi’s heart.

Painting with Pi Phi

A philanthropy event where Pi Phis invite friends to a break from studying for the afternoon to support Read>Lead>Achieve and bring home a piece of artwork.

Lollipops for Literacy

A literacy awareness event where Pi Phis hand out lollipops on the mall with statistics and information about literacy.

Leaping for Literacy

A philanthropy event where Pi Phis invite friends to Altitude Trampoline Park and a portion of the fees were donated to Read>Lead>Achieve.

Pie the Pi Phis

A philanthropy event where Pi Phis take donations for the Read>Lead>Achieve Foundation in exchange for a whipped cream pie in the face.

Pi Phi Drive-In

A philanthropy event where students are able to enjoy a movie with friends in a socially distanced event while supporting Read>Lead>Achieve’s literacy initiatives.

Along with our involvement as a chapter, Pi Beta Phi members are involved in countless other organizations across campus including the Schlegel Center for Service and Justice, New Student Orientation, and Department of Residential Life.
